We created Starlight Horizon to be a place where families and friends could come together the way we used to at family reunions and summer camps.
Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way we could have the feeling of summer camp, with our loved ones, all year? A place that was made for more than just about activities… a place that was designed to curate spending time getting close to those who matter most. Parents, kids, grandparents, all gathered around the fire pit sharing laughter over late-night conversations. Those moments shape our best memories.
That’s the spirit behind Starlight Horizon. To make a space where the focus is on spending quality time with the people you love.

With 14 modern cabins, each sleeping up to 8 guests, our property can welcome groups as large as 100. Families often book multiple cabins side by side, so people can dart easily between porches, gather for games, and relax without feeling scattered across a huge property. The cabins are close enough together that conversations on porches often are joined by friends walking by.
Inside, each cabin has everything you’d have at home, so it doesn’t feel like your roughing it camping. Better than a hotel, each cabin is its own home, with a full kitchen, much more spacious and has a porch, backyard, and fun games inside.
The location in Canyon Lake is intentional… just far enough away from Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston that it feels like you are committing to your vacation, but not so far that the trip becomes a burden. It’s the perfect in-between close enough for convenience, yet distant enough that when you arrive, the stress of city life falls away.
Our only request is simple: take care of the property and respect others who are here. Beyond that, Starlight Horizon was built to give you the freedom to design your own adventure. We don’t have many rules, fees, or limitations on how you spend your time here.
