Absolutely! Our pet-friendly accommodations welcome your furry friends.  We just ask that there are no pets on the furniture, and that you clean up after your pets.  Any damage from pets will incur additional fees.  Pet Waste stations are provided throughout the property.

Individual Cabin Bookings

• Full refund up to 7 days before arrival.
• 50% refund if canceled within 7 days of arrival.
• If you want to move a booking to different dates (i.e. the following weekend) AND are within 7 days of arrival the amount can transfer, less a 25% change fee.

The main shared pool is unfortunately not heated. Cabin R has a private hot tub though, so we encourage you to book that cabin if you are looking for a hot tub.

Cabin R is the only cabin with a hot tub.

We unfortunately do not have a large common indoor meeting space.  Many guests rent a tent from a local vendor for $2k – $3k if they are looking for an indoor space.  The pool area, terrace, and games area are welcome to be used for group gatherings, but they are outdoors.  Each cabin is large with 1,400 square feet, and each cabin has a full kitchen, so the cabins are used as the property’s indoor areas.

We’re nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country at Canyon Lake, just 1 hour from Austin and San Antonio. Our cabins are perfectly positioned for lake adventures, wine country tours, and exploring the best of the Hill Country.

Each Cabin has 3 bedrooms, a primary with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 2 guest rooms with queen beds that share a bathroom with a shower.  The living room has a pull out couch that could sleep 1-2 more people for a total of 8.  There are additional rollaway cots available, and pack and play cribs for children.  Additional guests may come and be in the cabins during the day, but if guests are staying the night it is recommended to have a maximum of 8 guests per cabin.

YES! You are welcome / encouraged to host your parties and events here.  If you book out the entire property there is a lot of flexibility in what you are allowed to do on site.  However if you do not book out the entire property we do ask that you are respectful of other guests during their stay.

We currently do NOT charge any additional fees for weddings or events.  If you would like to make sure certain areas are reserved just for your use, it is encouraged to book out the entire property.  Other than the lodging charges, there are no additional fees if you want to host a wedding or other event on site. 

Yes we allow room blocks.  This is typically requested for weddings or big groups when the organizer wants to keep multiple cabins reserved for only their party of guests, but wants each guest to pay individually for their own cabin.  In order to reserve cabins for additional guests to book separately, a $100 payment is required.  With the $100 payment, you can hold/reserve as many cabins as you would like for your stay dates (example, all 14 cabins reserved from Oct 14th-17th for the Smith Wedding Party).  We will hold those rooms in reserve only for your group at a locked in price agreed upon ahead of time.  These are reserved up until 60 days prior to your event.  60 days prior to your event, any unbooked cabins are opened up for publicly available booking, and the prices can adjust to market rate prices.  

While we do not have an on site office, our staff lives within 5 minutes of the property and can answer any questions you have quickly, or respond to any problems you have very promptly so you are not left stranded.

We love hosting families with kids of all ages.  Each cabin has a pack and play inside, as well as additional roll away cots on request.  The games area includes volleyball, Ping Pong, Connect 4, Yard Pong, Darts, and there are some available floatie pool toys provided on site as well.

Yes.  Security cameras survey the exteriors of the property.  There are no security cameras inside of any cabins for guest privacy.

Yes.  Typically if you are interested in booking out the entire property for 3+ nights, we can offer additional discounts to your event.

Each cabin has a charcoal grill outside, and full kitchen inside including the essentials.  A Kurig Coffee maker, 8 coffee pods, sugar salt, pepper, basic spices and seasonings, forks, knives, spoons, spatulas, cookware, pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, a toaster, a blender, paper towels, common cleaning products.

Yes. Each cabin has a full size washer and dryer in the cabin, along with an ironing board, steamer, and some detergent. 

Each Cabin has a TV in the living room and primary bedroom which have Roku service on them.  You are able to log into your own streaming accounts through the Roku TV.

– SHARED SPACE: – The community Pool and Yard Games area are a shared space.  You are welcome to use the games and pool in the common area. Please be respectful of other guests.
– QUIET HOURS: – No loud/disturbing noise after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
– FOOD/DRINK: – No food and drink in the bedrooms.
– SMOKING: – Smoking inside the cabins is prohibited. Smoking on Patios or common areas outdoors is acceptable. Please be respectful of other guests. Violations will result in forfeiture of all payments and/or deposits and be subject to additional charges.
– TRASH: – Please put garbage bags in the trash dumpster located by the storage units.
– DAMAGES: – Any damage to property will be charged to guest.
– DAILY: – If you leave the cabin, turn off the lights and electronics. Close the windows and lock the door.
–  CHECK-OUT: 1. Leave dirty dishes in the sink. 2. Do NOT take sheets off beds. 3. Put used towels on bathroom floor. 4. Throw out the garbage. 5. Set the thermostat cool to 74 Auto or heat to 67 Auto.
– RESPONSIBILITY: Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Shared pool at end of property, down a flight of stairs. Not fenced or locked. Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Owners/management not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss related to pool use.

Canyon Lake is an attraction that is a 8 minute drive from the property, accessible by the nearby marina, or local boat ramps.

There is a raised terrace area overlooking the pool that does not have a railing. Be cautious and access at your own risk.

Exterior security cameras monitor common areas for owner security and guest safety. No cameras in private indoor spaces. By entering property, guests consent to recording. Owners/management not liable for loss or damage captured on footage.

Pool, terrace, games, fire pits, grills, hammocks, and other common areas are shared by all guests. Only your cabin, patio, and backyard are private. Use shared areas at your own risk; owners/management not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss.
 – DARK SKIES: This is a Dark Skies community.  The property is intentionally dark in areas to allow starlight visibility.  Flashlights have been provided for your safety while navigating the property.

Yes.  You have the option to pay in up to 4 installments.  All payments need to be paid in full at least 30 days prior to check in.  Prior to 30 days before check in, we can space your payments into 4 equal installments.
